Note 1(Pitsis) Check that all these children have the right parents! Zenni had a previous husband - unclear which were fathered by whom. Does the marriage date 17 Dec 1832 refer to her first or second marriage? Her tomb in Trieste was photographed by CAL, 1999.
Note 2He was intended to be married to Despina Ralli (daughter of Baron Ambrose Ralli) but he refused to desert Zenni. Strati's brother Pandia therefore did the decent thing and married Despina himself to solve the dilemma.

Note 1Known as 'Aunt Zouzouka' by the Ralli/Pallis family. Apparently married to an incurably insane man (unnamed) confined to an institution, so lived with Strati Ralli who was supposed to be marrying Despina (Ambrouzis) Ralli but who refused to desert Zenni.
Note 2Argenti says she married Strati on 17 Dec 1832 but this was surely her first marriage and there is no evidence that she and Strati ever married at all... Her tomb in Trieste was photographed by CAL in 1999.
Note 3Dominie Lady Nicholls (née Vlasto) says that although she never knew Zenni, she was a strong presence in the family, as was her husband Strati.
