This little check-list may look pretty basic and obvious – which it is. It originated from material I prepared for several seminars in schools and colleges on the basics of 'reporting'. I've since found it a useful reminder myself since it's easy to forget fundamentals in the 'heat of the moment'. Stuck to the bottom of my laptop it came in very useful when trying to report more dramatic events in the midst of chaos!
