Note 1Royal Engineer, 98th Light Railway Train Crew. Lost at sea on the S.S. Osmanieh which struck a mine off Alexandria in WWl with 8 nurses and 201 others. A survivor was Jack Cohen who founded Tesco (supermarket chain).
