Note 1She fell from an express train in a tunnel at Kilsby, near Rugby, while travelling with her mother and leaving the restaurant table suffering from a headache.
Note 2An inquest found she was “dead on tracks” but did not explicitly find suicide or an accident to be responsible, but the accident resulted in a recommendation for improved door safety locks.
