Note 2... If John Bell Branford was born in 1763, was he a brother or cousin of this Benjamin Branford?
Note 3Other names on the two imposing Branford tomb vaults (which dominate the Horningtoft churchyard) have been lost or damaged.
Note 4A Benjamin Valentine Branford who died 1836 or 1856 aged 52(?) is named on the same vaults.
