Note 2Delegate to the Peace Conference in Paris (1918) and to the Society of Nations in Geneva (1920-27). Plenipotentiary minister to Paris (1924-40), Lisbon, Madrid and Brussels, and to the Society of Nations (1936-40) with the title of ambassador.
Note 3Vice-president of the International Conference on Disarmament (1922). Member of the Institute of France, honorary doctor at several universities. Legal advisor and supporter of Venizelos. Author of legal publications.
